Service Provider Certification
When your API is your product it is vitally important to maintain its performance, stability and coverage.
Cloudsoft’s Service Provider Program provides support and continuous jclouds certification for your cloud offering. Any performance, stability or coverage issues will be immediately highlighted, and promptly addressed.

Cloudsoft creates rock-solid jclouds integrations and then rigorously and continuously tests your API from your customer’s viewpoint. The lifetime risk of problems is reduced and any jclouds issues that may arise can be highlighted and resolved, before they become problems for your customers.

Onboarding
Before being accepted into Cloudsoft’s Continuous Certification Programme, your API must have been onboarded by Cloudsoft. Onboarding ensures the future stability and maintainability of the jclouds integration for your API.
If you do not already have an jclouds integration, Cloudsoft can quickly build a robust and supported jclouds implementation for your API, allowing you to offer your services to enterprises already using jclouds for cloud abstraction.
Cloudsoft’s jclouds engineers are actively involved with the development of the core jclouds codebase. Your integration will be developed to jclouds best practice, and receive design sign-off from the jclouds founder. There is normally little to no development overhead placed on your in-house team.
If you have already developed an integration for jclouds, Cloudsoft’s engineers will inspect it to ensure that it meets best practices.
Ongoing Monitoring
Cloudsoft will continuously test your production offering to monitor and certify the jclouds compatibility of your API. Additionally Cloudsoft can test any pre-release changes to reduce the risk of updates having unintended downstream consequences.
In the event of an issues arising you will be automatically notified, and can decide how best to respond.
Ongoing monitoring supports all versions of jclouds 1.3.0 and above, for one year after the version’s release date.
Ongoing Support
Following onboarding acceptance, Cloudsoft will actively support your integration. If anything goes wrong the Cloudsoft team will become part of your team until the issue is resolved.
Cloudsoft’s standard initial response times for support apply. Cloudsoft judges incident severity against a number of criteria, including the impact to end users, the effect on downstream systems, repeatability of issues and whether there is a workaround available.
